Volunteers for EPSC leadership roles are needed. Various perks are available for volunteers in EPSC
leadership roles such as: early sign-ups for council trips before trip opens to club members and 50% Fall and Spring Meeting Fees

Responsible for the efficient supervision, management, production, and direction of the Council’s publications
Fundraising OPEN - seeking Chair & Committee members
Responsible for all Council fund raising activities

Chair Fall 25’ & 26’: Pete Ryan - North Penn Ski Club (Past Chair Rick Bunn)
Responsible for maintaining the Council Website. We're looking for people who are willing to look at the website regularly and monitor their areas of responsibility. It's important to look for the little things like content, format and size to make it easy to read and ensure it conveys the information we want to share. There is wonderful training available online to use the Club Express tools.

Trip Planning
The trip planning committee consists of three sub-committees which organize and run annual trips available to EPSC clubs…shall be responsible for all activities in connection with the Winter Carnival and/or other trips, including but not limited to the destination, familiarization trips and transportation to the event.

Eastern Trip Planning

Shall be responsible for acquiring and distribution of discount program information to Member clubs and their members.
Snow Sports
Shall be responsible for activities such as the Council Ski Races, the Council Alpine Team, Recreational Instruction, Nordic events and/or other events which could occur.

Shall be responsible for promoting Council membership among non-member Snow Sports clubs eligible to join the Council.
Additionally: Receive annually basic Club demographic information: a) Number of Members and b) Number of New members. Collect Club information - officers/committee chairs and rosters. Annual distribution of Council Membership Stickers/PDF’s. Track participation and involvement
Chair: Tera Rees - Alphorn & North Penn (past Chair Joe Broski - South Jersey Ski Club)
Public Relations seeking Chair & Committee members
Shall be responsible for promoting the Council and the activities thereof to the general Snow Sports public.
Shall report and advise on matters related to snow sports safety and the work of the various safety organizations, both locally and nationally.
Chair Karen Korbul - North Penn Ski Club (past Chair Gerit Lewisch - Alphorn Ski Club)
2 Council Membership Meetings per year - to be held in Fall and Spring. Shall be responsible for obtaining and acting as liaison with Sponsors and Sponsoring Clubs for each of the General Meetings and if the Board deems necessary, any meeting, whether in-person or virtual. In addition, the Meeting Coordinator shall notify each member club, each member of the Board of Directors, and each Committee Chairperson of the date, time and whether in-person or virtual of all Council Membership Meetings not less than twenty days prior to each meeting.
